在对煤矿带式输送机的受力特性进行分析的基础上,建立了带式输送机沿轴线方向的力学模型,利用有限元软件,建立起了输送带以及滚筒摩擦接触部分的三维模型,并且对其变形与受力的规律进行了探讨,通过研究发现滚筒沿轴线方向的径向变形以及两端固定梁变形的结果基本一致,滚筒径向变形从中央向两端减小,且滚筒沿周向的径向变形从带式输送机的趋入点开始不断增大,到最大值之后,开始逐渐减小,到奔离端降低到最小值,而环向变形则是从带式输送机的趋入点开始不断增大直到奔离端增大到最大值。
