目的:探讨PDCA循环(持续质量改进)对院前急救物品管理的应用效果。方法:对杭州市第二人民医院2013年1月~2014年1月的院前急救药品和仪器管理情况进行分析,分为PDCA组和对照组。PDCA组使用PDCA循环对院前急救物品进行管理,对照组使用常规院前急救物品管理,分别进行60次管理效果评估,评估其高危药品的标识、药品过期、药品混放、药品标签不清晰、仪器登记规范和仪器完好情况。结果:PDCA组的高危药品无标识率低于对照组(χ2=46.53,P<0.001),药品过期率低于对照组(χ2=9.219,P=0.002),药品混放率低于对照组(χ2=9.259,P=0.002),药品标签不清晰率低于对照组(χ2=21.111,P<0.001),仪器无损率高于对照组(χ2=5.926,P=0.015),仪器登记规范率高于对照组(χ2=8.539,P=0.003)。结论:PDCA循环在改进院前急救物品的管理中效果显著,促进了急救的顺利展开,提高了抢救的成功率。
Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA cycle (continuous quality improvement) on the management of hospital emergency supplies. Methods: To analyze the pre-hospital emergency medicine and instrument management in Hangzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, and divided into PDCA group and control group. The PDCA group used the PDCA cycle to manage pre-hospital first-aid items and the control group used conventional pre-hospital first-aid items management, respectively, to conduct 60 management effectiveness evaluations to evaluate the identification of high-risk drugs, expired drugs, mixed drugs, unclear drug labels, Instrument registration norms and equipment intact situation. Results: The unidentified rate of high-risk drug in PDCA group was lower than that in control group (χ2 = 46.53, P <0.001), the expiration rate of drug was lower than that of control group (χ2 = 9.219, P = 0.002) (χ2 = 9.259, P = 0.002). The drug labeling labeling rate was lower than that of the control group (χ2 = 21.111, P <0.001). The instrument loss rate was higher than that of the control group In the control group (χ2 = 8.539, P = 0.003). Conclusion: The PDCA cycle has a significant effect in improving the management of first aid supplies in front of the hospital, promoting the smooth development of first aid and improving the success rate of rescue.
