目的 :探讨膜糖脂生化指标对白血病诊断的意义。方法 :检测血液肿瘤患者和白血病小鼠膜糖脂生化指标——神经节苷脂 (Gls)、总唾液酸 (TSA )、脂结合唾液酸 (L SA)和红细胞膜唾液酸 (R- SA)水平 ,并分别与各自正常对照组进行比较。结果 :髓细胞白血病患者 TSA、L SA和 R- SA较正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且发现白血病小鼠的 Gls、TSA、L SA和 R- SA亦较正常对照组显著升高 ,且差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,而骨髓瘤患者的膜糖脂指标较正常对照组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :膜糖脂生化指标 Gls、TSA、L SA和 R- SA在白血病诊断中可作为辅助指标。
Objective: To investigate the significance of membrane glycolipid biochemical markers in the diagnosis of leukemia. Methods: Membrane glycolipid biochemical indexes-Gls, TSA, L-SA and R-SA were measured in patients with hematological malignancies and leukemia mice. Level, and compared with the respective normal control group. Results: The levels of TSA, L SA and R-SA in patients with myeloid leukemia were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and the levels of Gls, TSA, L SA and R-SA in leukemia mice were also significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in membrane glycolipid markers between patients with myeloma and normal controls (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Membrane glycolipids biochemical indicators Gls, TSA, L SA and R-SA may be used as auxiliary indicators in the diagnosis of leukemia.
