目的:观察复方浙贝颗粒(CZBG)对阿霉素(ADM)导致小鼠淋巴细胞白血病细胞(P388)移植瘤小鼠外周血象下降的影响。方法:将70只成功造模的昆明小鼠随机分为生理盐水对照、ADM常规剂量、CZBG、CZBG联合ADM大剂量、CZBG联合ADM常规剂量、CZBG联合ADM小剂量、CZBG联合ADM极低剂量7组,每组各10只小鼠。分别于给药前、实验第7天和实验第14天,从小鼠尾静脉取血20μl,抗凝处理后用日本SWSMEX公司SF3000型血液分析仪检测外周血象。结果:给药前各组WBC、RBC(除CZBG联合ADM极低剂量组)、Hgb(除生理盐水对照组)、PLT数值比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验第7天,大部分组WBC、RBC、Hgb、PLT数值有升高趋势;实验第14天,大部分组WBC、RBC、Hgb、PLT数值有降低趋势,与给药前比较无明显变化。结论:CZBG具有一定的舒缓ADM导致模型小鼠外周血象下降效应,其舒缓程度亦与ADM用药剂量相关。
Objective: To observe the effect of CZBG on the peripheral blood picture of adriamycin-induced mouse lymphocytic leukemia (P388) transplanted tumor. Methods: Seventy Kunming mice were randomly divided into saline control group, normal dose of ADM, high dose of CZBG, CZBG plus ADM, CZBG plus ADM, CZBG plus ADM, low dose CZBG plus ADM 7 Groups of 10 mice each. Before administration, on the 7th day of the experiment and on the 14th day of the experiment, 20μl of blood was taken from the tail vein of the mice. After the anticoagulant treatment, the peripheral blood was detected by the SF3000 type blood analyzer from SWSMEX. Results: There was no significant difference in PLT between WBC, RBC (except CZBG combined with ADM very low dose group) and Hgb (except saline control group) before administration (P> 0.05) The values of WBC, RBC, Hgb and PLT in some groups tended to increase. On the 14th day of experiment, the values of WBC, RBC, Hgb and PLT in most of the groups tended to decrease, showing no significant changes compared with those before administration. CONCLUSION: CZBG has a certain degree of soothing effect of ADM on peripheral blood of model mice, and the degree of relief is related to the dosage of ADM.
