随着水声技术的日益发展,水声频率范围逐渐向高端扩展,高频领域的研究日趋广泛,要求尽快建立高频段的声压标准。理想的标准水听器必须具有宽的频带和高稳定性,即它的灵敏度响应不随时间、温度和静水压而变化。 本文介绍了利用PVDF高分子压电薄膜材料研制而成的高频宽带高稳定性标准水听器,其上限频率达2MHz,具有较平坦的频率响应和良好的温度稳定性及静水压稳定性;同时给出了带前置放大器后4m电缆端的水听器性能。
With the development of underwater acoustic technology, the frequency range of underwater acoustic frequency is gradually expanding to the high end. The research in high frequency field is becoming more and more widespread. It is required to establish the sound pressure standard in high frequency band as soon as possible. The ideal standard hydrophone must have a wide frequency band and high stability, ie its sensitivity response does not change with time, temperature and hydrostatic pressure. In this paper, the high frequency broadband high stability standard hydrophone developed by using PVDF piezoelectric film material is introduced. Its upper limit frequency is up to 2MHz, with a relatively flat frequency response, good temperature stability and hydrostatic stability ; At the same time gives the 4m cable end hydrophone performance with preamplifier.
