目的:研究细梗胡枝子全草的化学成分。方法:采用现代色谱技术对其进行分离和纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从细梗胡枝子70%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离鉴定了8个三萜类化合物,分别为马斯里酸(Ⅰ)、2α-羟基熊果酸(Ⅱ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅲ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅳ)、木栓醇(Ⅴ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅵ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅶ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ和Ⅷ为首次从胡枝子属植物中分离得到,Ⅳ和Ⅵ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Lespedeza stolonifera Methods: Modern chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified based on spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results: Eight triterpene compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of 70% ethanolic extracts of Lespedeza macrostachya, which were masala (Ⅰ), 2α-hydroxy ursolic acid (Ⅱ) (Ⅲ), α-amyl alcohol (Ⅳ), corticosteroid (Ⅴ), betulinic acid (Ⅵ), lupine alcohol (Ⅶ) and oleanolic acid (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were isolated from the genus Lespedeza for the first time, and Ⅳ and Ⅵ were isolated from the plants for the first time.
