针对当前图书馆知识服务理论基础研究薄弱的现状,提出以隐性知识理论作为知识服务的理论基础,认为知识服务作为图书馆适应知识经济发展需要的服务模式,与传统文献服务和信息服务的根本区别在于隐性知识含量的不同。以隐性知识理论作为知识服务的理论基础,有利于图书馆界更好地认识知识服务的本质、动力机制和实现保障,有利于知识服务在图书馆的全面开展和真正实现。在隐性知识理论的指导下,图书馆可以通过设置资源场、交流场、实践场和系统场促进知识服务目标的实现。
Aiming at the current situation of the weak foundation of knowledge service theory in libraries, this paper puts forward the theory of tacit knowledge as the theoretical basis of knowledge service. It regards knowledge service as the service mode that library needs to adapt to the development of knowledge economy and is different from traditional literature service and information service The difference lies in the different content of tacit knowledge. Using the theory of tacit knowledge as the theoretical basis of knowledge service is beneficial to the library community to better understand the nature, motivation and guarantee of knowledge service, which is conducive to the full implementation and real realization of knowledge service in the library. Under the guidance of tacit knowledge theory, libraries can promote the realization of knowledge service goals by setting up resource fields, exchange fields, practice fields and system fields.
