分析了膜乳化过程中流体流动状况和分散相液滴的受力情况,以及二者的密切关系.在一定条件下计算了液滴所受的力,结果表明,表面张力引起的力、液滴内外静压差产生的力、平行于膜表面的流动曳力和运动浮力是主要的力;在此基础上,探讨了液滴的形成过程.实验考察了壁面剪应力和膜两侧压差与液滴平均直径及分散相通量的关系,结合受力计算讨论了分散相和连续相流动状况对膜乳化效果的影响.
The fluid flow conditions and the force of dispersed droplets in the process of membrane emulsification were analyzed, and the close relationship between the two was analyzed.The force on the droplets was calculated under certain conditions.The results showed that the force caused by the surface tension, The force generated by static pressure difference between inside and outside, the drag force parallel to the surface of the membrane and the buoyancy of movement are the main forces.
