在国家不断深化产业结构改革和调整的宏观背景下,我国电力行业为适应国民经济高速发展及社会用电需求日益增长的情况,电源点及输配电网的建设规模不断扩大,电力设备及材料的采购量不断增加;同时,随着电力技术的发展进步,电力设备及材料技术等级的不断提高,也促进电力企业技术设备的更新换代。但是,随之而来的是导致大量拆除及替换下来的废旧物资的产生。对此,电力企业内部往往处置手段单一,管理模式粗放,经济效益低下。如何对废旧物资进行有效处置及合理利用是电力企业废旧物资管理需要考虑的重要问题,本文就电力企业废旧物资集中处置实行精细化管理作简要地阐述。

How to deal with the waste materials effectively and reasonably is an important issue to be considered in waste materials management of power enterprises. This paper briefly elaborates the implementation of meticulous management of waste materials centralized disposal in power enterprises.
