云南作为一个资源大省,矿业是五大支柱产业之一,在全省经济和社会发展中占有极其重要的位置。近年来,由于矿业专业人才的培养和使用出现了严重不畅的局面,不仅导致了高校相关学科教学资源的严重闲置和浪费,而且进一步恶化了矿业企业人才资源使用和储备的环境。为了贯彻落实科教兴国和可持续发展战略,并使我省矿业企业在新一轮国际国内竞争中处于有利位置,我们必须充分认识我省矿业人才矛盾对矿业支柱产业健康发展的严重制约作用,并及时采取切实可行的政策措施加以解决。本文就此进行了广泛的讨论并提出了相应的对策。
As a big province of resources, Yunnan is one of the five pillar industries and occupies an extremely important position in the province’s economic and social development. In recent years, due to the serious sluggishness in the training and use of mining professionals, it has not only led to serious idleness and waste of teaching resources in relevant disciplines in universities, but also further deteriorated the environment in which mining enterprises use and reserve human resources. In order to implement the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education and the strategy of sustainable development, and to enable our province’s mining enterprises to be in a good position in the new round of international and domestic competition, we must fully recognize the severe restriction effect of the contradiction of the mining talents in our province on the healthy development of the pillar industries of mining. Timely to adopt practical policies and measures to be resolved. This article has carried on extensive discussion and put forward corresponding countermeasure.
