为了提高工程车辆的工作效率,越来越多的工程车辆已实现动力自动换挡。自动换挡离不开自动变速器控制系统,自动变速器控制系统故障诊断技术伴随着自动变速器电控系统的产生而发展。在装载机自动变速器控制系统的基础上,研发出基于数据采集的上位机和下位机综合诊断与监视系统。下位机将换挡等信息实时采集并通过RS232串口将信号传到上位机。通过上位机对数据的监视和分析,找出故障原因并优化控制器的换挡策略。
In order to improve the working efficiency of engineering vehicles, more and more engineering vehicles have achieved automatic power shift. Automatic shift can not be separated without automatic transmission control system, automatic transmission control system fault diagnosis technology with the automatic transmission electronic control system development. Based on the loader automatic transmission control system, a comprehensive diagnosis and monitoring system of upper computer and lower computer based on data acquisition was developed. Lower machine will shift information such as real-time acquisition and through the RS232 serial port signal to the host computer. Through the host computer data monitoring and analysis to identify the cause of the malfunction and optimize the controller’s shift strategy.
