本文分析了影响激光功率稳定性的因素 ,研究了利用电光调制器和光反馈方法稳定激光束功率的原理 ,提出了一种新型的非线性反馈控制方法。该方法具有稳定速度快、稳定性高、激光功率损失小等优点 ,实验测得 1小时激光功率的稳定性达到 6× 10 - 5。经这种方法稳定后的激光束可作为与低温绝对辐射计联用的高精度光源。
In this paper, the factors that affect the stability of the laser power are analyzed. The principle of using the electro-optic modulator and the optical feedback method to stabilize the laser beam power is studied. A novel nonlinear feedback control method is proposed. The method has the advantages of fast speed stability, high stability and small laser power loss. The experimental results show that the stability of laser power is 6 × 10 - 5 in one hour. The laser beam stabilized by this method can be used as a high-precision light source in conjunction with a low-temperature absolute radiometer.
