新课程改革之后,国家各教育机构都在具体落实施行,小学是学生接受教育的关键性阶段,也是学习的启蒙期,学校注重培养学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,小学体育作为培养学生身体和心理健康的重要课程,此课程的教育方式及教育内容也是影响学生全面发展的必要因素。小学生身体和心理都处于高速成长的阶段,此时培养学生的耐心和毅力也就尤为关键,抗挫能力的培养使学生能够在生活、学习中面对困难时自行解决,以更好的心态去面对问题。本文进行讨论,简要分析小学生培养抗挫能力的重要意义,提出小学体育中培养学生抗挫能力的具体策略。
After the new curriculum reform, all educational institutions in the country have implemented the program. Primary schools are the key stage for students to receive education. The training of anti-frustration ability enables students to solve their problems in life and study in a better attitude Face the problem. This article discusses the importance of primary school students in cultivating anti-frustration ability, and puts forward the specific strategies of training students to resist frustration in primary school physical education.
