采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对勒代诺白三叶和其它几个白三叶品种的过氧化物酶与酯酶同工酶进行了检测,根据酶谱的形态特征进行了比较研究。结果表明,勒代诺白三叶与其它六个品种间有一定同源性,但其遗传组成存在明显差异,在过氧化物酶与酯酶两位点已形成独特的遗传结构。
Peroxidase and esterase isozymes were tested by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on Ledelova’s white clover and several other white clover cultivars, and their morphological characteristics were compared. The results showed that there was some homology between Ledelok white clover and other six cultivars, but there was a significant difference in its genetic composition, and a unique genetic structure was formed at the two sites of peroxidase and esterase.
