三化螟在粤北地区是一种重要的水稻害虫,第四代三化螟为害晚稻造成白穗,往往导致严重减产,成为该地区的一个严重危害世代。在水稻害虫的综合治理中,化学防治占重要的位置。如何发挥化学防治的有效特点,是当前研究的重要课题,寻求有效的杀虫剂和合适的施药方法是控制害虫种群数量的途径之本试验通过采用“治上代、压下代”的防治策略,对第三代三化螟用杀虫丹进行根区施药,运用生命表技术对晚稻不同类型田及施药后三化螟种群数量变动状况进行剖析,从而为生产上防治三化螟提供依据。
