探索了聚醋酸乙烯乳液合成过程中各组分(如引发剂、乳化剂、增塑剂)对其粘接强度的影响,以期优化乳液聚合的配方,提高聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的黏合力。通过研究发现,对压剪强度的影响由大到小依次为乳化剂用量、增塑剂用量、引发剂用量。选择合适的引发剂用量,尽可能低的乳化剂及增塑剂用量是提高聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液压剪强度的关键。实验结果显示,测试中基材的选择是影响测试结果的主要因素之一,基材密度对压剪干强度影响较大,而基材吸水性对压剪湿强度影响较大。
The effects of various components (such as initiator, emulsifier and plasticizer) on the bonding strength of the polyvinyl acetate emulsion were explored in order to optimize the formulation of the emulsion polymerization and improve the adhesion of the polyvinyl acetate emulsion. Through the study found that the impact on the compression shear strength in descending order of emulsifier dosage, plasticizer dosage, initiator dosage. Select the appropriate amount of initiator, as low as possible the amount of emulsifier and plasticizer is to improve the shear strength of polyvinyl acetate emulsion shear strength. The experimental results show that the choice of substrate in the test is one of the main factors affecting the test results. The density of the substrate has a greater impact on the strength of the press-shear, while the water absorption of the substrate has a greater impact on the strength of the compression-shear.
