为了测量精密仪器运输过程中所产生的振动和进行仪器抗振试验,以及为了对保护仪器而设计的减振系统之减振效果进行检验,均需要使用低频振动传感器及其相应的测试系统。 目前,测量低频振动所产生的加速度一般采用压晶式、电感式或电阻式传感器。 本文叙述了我所研制成的一种电阻式低频振动传感器的基本设计原理,结构参数选择原则及标定方法,并举例说明了它的应用。
In order to measure the vibration generated during the transportation of precision instruments and to carry out the anti-vibration test of the instrument and to verify the damping effect of the vibration-damping system designed to protect the instrument, it is necessary to use the low-frequency vibration sensor and its corresponding test system. At present, the acceleration caused by the measurement of low-frequency vibration generally adopts a pressure-type, inductive or resistive sensor. This paper describes the basic design principle, the principle of selection of structure parameters and the calibration method of a kind of resistive low frequency vibration sensor developed by me, and gives an example of its application.
