河北衡水电机厂14年前,它只是一个资金不足100万元的困难小厂,但到1995年,它已经成为全国中小电机行业中的佼佼者:在全行业亏损的形势下,实现利润1568.8万元,年产值达1.16亿元。这个“衡水奇迹”使我产生深入调查研究的兴趣。它的成功,是西方的科学管理与中国文化相结合的产物,也是吕吉泽厂长在经营管理中善用逆向思维、创造“和谐管理”模式的结果。
Hebei Hengshui Electric Machinery Factory was a difficult small factory with less than 1 million yuan in funds 14 years ago. However, by 1995, it had become a leader in the small and medium-sized motor industries in the country: in the case of a loss-making industry, a profit of 15.688 million yuan was realized.
