建筑遮阳是夏热地区降低夏季空调能耗有效措施之一,不同类型的建筑遮阳设施对建筑能耗的影响效果差异较大。文章以上海地区某居住建筑为例,通过采用建筑能耗分析软件建立模型,经过逐时计算建筑全年能耗来研究该建筑南向外窗采用不同类型遮阳设施的节能效果。结果表明:与不采用遮阳设施的建筑比较,采用遮阳设施的建筑空调耗电量降低幅度范围为3.37%~11.04%;对建筑采暖能耗的影响因遮阳类型不同差异明显,最多降低0.87%,最高增加1.54%;就建筑全年总耗电量而言,遮阳材料透射比为0的可升降活动外遮阳综合节能效果最优,可降低建筑全年总耗电量4.78%。
Building shading is one of the effective measures to reduce energy consumption of summer air conditioners in summer heat area. Different types of shading facilities have different effects on building energy consumption. Taking a residential building in Shanghai as an example, this paper builds a model by using building energy analysis software and studies the energy saving effects of different types of sunshades in the south-facing window of the building by calculating energy consumption of the building from time to time. The results show that compared with the buildings without shading facilities, the power consumption of building air conditioners with shading facilities decreases by 3.37% ~ 11.04%, while the impact on the energy consumption of buildings due to the difference of shading types is significant, with a maximum reduction of 0.87% The maximum increase of 1.54%; for the total annual electricity consumption in terms of construction, shade material transmittance of 0 can be the best activities outside the sun shading can save energy, can reduce the building’s total power consumption 4.78%.
