本文报告了180例男性不育者精液检验结果及异常分布情况。结果显示,在导致精子活率、活力低下的诸多原因中,解脲支原体(UU)感染亦是其中之一。UU在男性不育者中的感染率为27.2%,UU感染大多不引起炎症反应及中性粒细胞增多。结果还显示,9例弓形虫感染者中有8例抗精子抗体(AsAb)阳性,并伴有精子密度、活率及活力低下现象。揭示弓形虫亦有可能是导致男性不育的病原之一。据此作者认为该项检验对诊断原发性、继发性生精障碍、阻塞性无精子症,对发现附属性腺炎症及观察疗效具有重要的实用价值。
This article reports 180 male infertility semen test results and abnormal distribution. The results showed that UU infections were among the many causes of sperm motility and low activity. The infection rate of UU in male infertility was 27.2%. UU infection mostly did not cause inflammatory reaction and neutrophil increase. The results also showed that 9 cases of Toxoplasma gondii infection in 8 cases of anti-sperm antibody (AsAb) positive, accompanied by sperm density, viability and low activity. Toxoplasma gondii may also be one of the causative agents of male infertility. Therefore, the author believes that the test for the diagnosis of primary, secondary sperm dysfunction, obstructive azoospermia, adenocarcinoma of the appendages found and the observation has important practical value.
