介绍了为昆钢300 m2烧结机建设的一套烧结余热综合利用系统。该系统集发电、热风烧结以及产生预热混合料蒸汽于一体,热效率可达73.8%,很好地实现了烧结余热的综合利用。
This paper introduces a set of comprehensive utilization of sintering waste heat for the construction of 300 m2 sinter in Kunming Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. The system integrates power generation, hot air sintering and preheating mixture steam to achieve an overall thermal efficiency of 73.8%. The comprehensive utilization of sintering waste heat is well achieved.
