班集体是学校的基本组成单位,其建设状况对学生的学习成绩及身心成长都有重要影响。首先分析了高中班集体的建设现状,在目前高中班集体的建设过程中,还普遍存在建设目标不明确、凝聚力不足、班集体活动较少以及教师与家长缺乏沟通配合等问题。进而针对这些现状问题,对高中班集体建设提出几点对策建议。 Class collective is the basic unit of the school, and its construction status has a significant impact on students’ academic performance and physical and mental growth. First of all, it analyzes the current situation of the construction of high school class collectives. In the process of collective construction of high school class, there are still some common problems such as the unclear goal of construction, the lack of cohesion, the less group activities in class and the lack of communication and cooperation between teachers and parents. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the collective construction of high school classes.
