本文根据满语元音系统结构和元音和谐类型演变过程中的事实假设原始阿尔泰共同语元音系统是一个由舌位前后、舌位高低、唇状展国和舌根位置四个维向构成的(4×2)8元音系统,其元音和谐属舌根后缩型。本文进一步假设,元音在舌位高低维向上语音空间的增大和后元音的前化使四维向元音系统演变为三维向系统,从而导致原始突厥语同原始蒙古一通古斯语最终分离,随着元音系统发生结构性变化,元音和谐从舌根后缩型演变为硬腭型。这些变化直到现代语言时期才在通古斯语言里发生。
Based on the fact that the Manchu vowel system structure and vowel harmonics evolve in the process of evolution, the paper argues that the original Altaic common vowel system is composed of four dimensions including front and back of tongue, height of tongue, lip spreading and tongue basement (4 × 2) 8 vowel system, the vowel harmony is tongue root reduction. This paper further supposes that the increase of phonetic space in the upper and lower lingual dimension and the advance of the vowel evolve the four-dimensional vowel system into a three-dimensional system, resulting in the final separation of the original Turkic language from the original Mongolian-Tungus language. Structural changes occur in the vowel system, vowel harmony from the tongue root degeneration into the hard palate type. These changes did not take place in Tungus language until modern times.
