随着我国经济建设进程不断加快,电力行业发展越来越快。在电力安装企业中,其进一步发展与人力资源管理紧密相关。但是,当前电力安装企业面临着人才数量不足、人才综合素质偏低、专业能力不够、人力资源结构不科学、人力资源管理理念落后等问题,在较大程度上制约着电力安装企业的发展。本文分析了电力安装企业人力资源管理方面的不足,结合实际情况与先进的管理方式,探讨了提高人力资源管理的措施。
With the continuous acceleration of the process of economic construction in our country, the development of power industry is getting faster and faster. In the electric installation enterprise, its further development is closely related to human resource management. However, the current electric installation enterprises face the problems such as the shortage of qualified personnel, the low overall quality of qualified personnel, the lack of professional competence, the unscientific structure of human resources and the backward human resources management concept, which restrict the development of electric power installation enterprises to a large extent. This paper analyzes the shortage of human resources management in power installation enterprises, and discusses the measures to improve human resources management based on the actual situation and advanced management methods.
