在门诊建立预约制度,是服务模式的重大变革,其目的是优化门诊流程的各个环节,减少病人就诊停留的时间,以达到科学的、人性化的管理。我们通过在泌尿科开展普通门诊预约服务,制定出符合医院的门诊流程,从而实现以病人为中心的服务模式,方便患者就诊。
Establishing a reservation system in outpatient service is a major change in the service mode. Its purpose is to optimize all aspects of outpatient procedures and reduce the time spent on patient visits so as to achieve scientific and humane management. We have set up an outpatient service that is in accordance with the hospital by providing general outpatient appointment services in urology so as to realize a patient-centered service model and facilitate patient visits.
