在国家高压反腐的背景下,不少国有企事业单位、机关事业单位不清楚职工福利应该怎么做,甚至认为发放职工福利就是腐败,从而发生一些不发福利或是少发福利的状况。为维护职工的合法权益,本文以国家现行职工福利政策法规为依据,对职工福利发放中存在的问题进行研究,并结合职工福利案例中的实际判例,分析职工福利发放的内涵和范围,明确职工福利发放的途径、方式,为企事业单位职工福利发放提供参考。
Under the background of national high-pressure anti-corruption, many state-owned enterprises and public institutions, public institutions and public institutions are not sure what to do with employee welfare. They even think that issuing employee benefits is corruption and that some non-welfare or less welfare situations occur. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, this paper studies the existing problems in employee benefits distribution based on the current national welfare policies and regulations, and analyzes the connotation and scope of employees’ benefits distribution according to the actual cases in employee benefit cases. Welfare distribution of ways and means for enterprises and institutions to provide a reference for employee benefits.
