采用CO2激光焊对添加不同成分合金压带的AZ31镁合金进行焊接,然后用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、万能拉伸试验机和扫描电镜等手段对焊接接头质量进行检测,综合分析焊接接头的组织与性能,以研究不同合金元素对AZ31镁合金焊接性能的影响。该研究主要比较Al、La合金元素对AZ31焊接性能的影响,结果发现,Al能够细化焊缝晶粒,增加析出相;La因产生偏聚对镁合金的力学性能有不利影响。
The CO2 laser welding was used to weld the AZ31 magnesium alloy with different composition alloy ribbons. The quality of the welded joints was tested by means of metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, universal tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The welding joints The effects of different alloying elements on the weldability of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied. This study mainly compared the effect of Al and La alloy on the weldability of AZ31. The results show that Al can refine the weld grain and increase the precipitated phase. The segregation of La has an adverse effect on the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy.
