电信行业重组打破了以往运营商单一的运营模式,使国内三大运营商均成为全业务运营商,并且对电信企业运营的精细化管理提出了更高的要求。随着客户规模的不断扩大和业务复杂性的不断提高,电信企业的运营压力日益增大,与企业运营相关的KPI指标也直线增长。繁重的日常运营管理工作和各种复杂的数据给电信企业的运营管理带来了更大的挑战。如何从海量的数据与繁多的运营指标中发现企业运营中存在的问题和发展机会,协助县级公司管理层作出科学的决策,是电信企业面临的一个主要问题。在当前的市场环境下,要增强电信企业的运营管理能力,有必要加强对企业经济综合竞争力评估的研究。
The reorganization of the telecom industry has broken the single operation mode of the previous operators and made all the three major domestic operators become full service operators, putting forward higher requirements on the fine management of the telecom operators. With the continuous expansion of customer scale and the continuous increase of business complexity, telecom operators are under increasing pressure to operate and the KPIs related to business operations also grow linearly. Heavy day-to-day operation and management of various complex data and telecommunications operations and management has brought greater challenges. How to find out the problems and development opportunities in the operation of an enterprise from the massive data and numerous operational indicators and assist the management of the county-level company in making scientific decisions is one of the major problems that telecom enterprises are facing. Under the current market environment, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the evaluation of the comprehensive economic competitiveness of enterprises in order to enhance the operation and management capabilities of telecommunication enterprises.
