我市自家电、汽车(摩托车)下乡工作启动以来,全市各级商务、财政等部门按照国家商务部、财政部和省、市政府要求,通过加强领导,建立组织;深入宣传,提高农民知晓率;保证供货需求,重点抓好补贴资金兑付工作;加强监督,努力营造最优市场环境,取得了较好的成效。但也存在着宣传发动还不够深入、销售网点布局还不够科学合理、部分经销商经营行为还不够规范、补贴兑付率有待进一步提高等问题。为此,还要进一步提高对家电、汽车(摩托车)下乡工作重要意义的认识,加大宣传发动工作力度,加强协作配合,加快推进步伐,切实把这项惠农政策引向深入。

To this end, we must further raise awareness of the importance of home appliances, automobiles (motorcycles) going to the countryside, step up publicity and mobilization work, strengthen coordination and cooperation, speed up the pace of promotion, and earnestly deepen this preferential agricultural policy.
