小组合作学习是高效课堂模式实施的重要环节,是一个分享、互助和欣赏的过程,然而在实践中不少教师发现,小组合作的学习方式看似简单易学,真正运作起来却往往困难重重,稍有不慎便会流于形式,难以达到预期的效果。那么,在实际操作中应该注意哪些问题,使小组合作学习不单单只是一种盲目跟从的形式,更能涵括和承载高效课堂的许多内容呢?笔者结合观察到的情境,从三个方面进行了思考与探索。一、科学规划:抓好小组合作的“点”
