目的研究心理干预对住院患者不良情绪的影响。方法在某部医院随机抽取101名住院患者进行情绪量表的心理测评,并将其分为干预组和对照组;对干预组的被试采用集体授课、团体辅导、自助手册和团体训练等手段进行心理干预,对照组不采取任何心理治疗手段。结果干预前2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但2组情绪分值均显著高于全国常模水平(P<0.01)。干预后2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组的分值恢复到常模水平,而对照组仍高于全国常模水平。结论患者的心理干预,化解了住院患者的不良情绪,提示心理干预的必要性和有效性。
Objective To study the influence of psychological intervention on the adverse emotions of hospitalized patients. Methods A total of 101 inpatients in a hospital were selected for psychometric evaluation of emotional scale and divided into two groups: intervention group and control group. Group intervention, group counseling, self-help manual and group training Psychological intervention, the control group did not take any psychological treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05), but the emotional scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the national standard (P <0.01). The difference between the two groups after intervention was statistically significant (P <0.01), the intervention group scores returned to the norm, while the control group is still higher than the national norm. Conclusion Psychological intervention in patients, to resolve the adverse emotions inpatients, suggesting the necessity and effectiveness of psychological intervention.
