选用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了薄壁铝合金枝杈管件粘性介质内压成形过程的数值模拟,得到了不同变形阶段成形试件的等效应力变化规律,以及粘性附着力影响因子对成形试件壁厚减薄率的影响。在此基础上,进行了薄壁铝合金枝杈管件粘性介质内压成形试验,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。结果表明,粘性介质可以控制成形过程材料流动,能够整体成形出薄壁铝合金枝杈管件。
The finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to simulate the internal pressure forming process of thin-walled aluminum alloy twig tubular in viscous medium. The variation law of equivalent stress of the shaped specimen in different deformation stages was obtained. Effect of thinning rate of specimen wall thickness. On this basis, the internal pressure forming test of thin-walled aluminum alloy twig tube viscous medium was carried out, and the accuracy of numerical simulation results was verified. The results show that the viscous medium can control the material flow during the forming process and can integrally form thin-walled aluminum alloy twigs and tubes.
