蛋白质组学技术包括二维电泳、二维液相层析、表面增强亲和捕获和稳定同位素质量标签技术等与质谱的联用。它在肿瘤蛋白质表达谱的建立和解析中的应用,有助于对肿瘤发生、发展的深刻理解;也有助于发现和确认组织、血清中新型肿瘤标志物。建立肿瘤早期诊断和转移复发预警的多分子判别体系;乃是肿瘤防治工作中的重中之重。
Proteomics technologies include two-dimensional electrophoresis, two-dimensional liquid chromatography, surface-enhanced affinity capture, and stable isotope quality labeling with mass spectrometry. Its application in the establishment and analysis of tumor protein profiling contributes to a deep understanding of tumorigenesis and development. It also helps to identify and confirm new tumor markers in tissues and serum. The establishment of early diagnosis and metastasis of tumor recurrence early warning multi-molecular identification system; but the prevention and treatment of cancer is the top priority.
