医疗纠纷人民调解委员会作为新兴的专业的医疗纠纷第三方调解机构已经在全国范围内推行开来,但各地调解组织的运行、调解成果与影响力却相差悬殊。本文以武汉市医疗纠纷人民调解委员会为研究对象,对其工作运行机制进行探究,以个体为例推广到全国,探求其优越性和所存在的缺陷,探求医疗纠纷人民调解的完善途径。 The Mediation Committee of Medical Disputes As a new and professional third-party mediator for medical disputes, it has been implemented throughout the country. However, the mediation organizations’ operation and mediation achievements and influence are quite different. In this paper, the Wuhan Medical Disputes People’s Mediation Committee as the research object, to explore the working mechanism of its work, to individuals as an example to promote the country, to explore its superiority and the existing shortcomings, to explore ways to improve medical dispute mediation.
