利用海藻酸钠对一株微囊藻毒素(MC)降解菌进行固定,研究了固定化细菌对原水中微囊藻毒素LR(MCLR)的降解过程。结果表明,海藻酸钠固定化细菌可在4d内将初始浓度为4.1mg/L的MCLR降解到检测限以下。温度对固定化细菌的活性影响较大,随着温度的升高固定化细菌对MCLR的降解速率逐渐增大。固定化细菌降解MCLR的速率不受初始pH值和添加外源有机碳、硝氮和磷的影响。因此,固定化细菌能快速降解MCLR,且不易受外界环境的影响,可有效处理原水中的MCLR。
A strain of microcystin (MC) -degrading bacteria was immobilized by sodium alginate, and the degradation process of microcystin LR (MCLR) by immobilized bacteria was studied. The results showed that sodium alginate-immobilized bacteria could degrade the MCLR with the initial concentration of 4.1 mg / L below the limit of detection within 4 days. Temperature had a great effect on the activity of immobilized bacteria, and the degradation rate of immobilized bacteria on MCLR increased with the increase of temperature. The rate of immobilization of bacteria to degrade MCLR was unaffected by the initial pH and the addition of exogenous organic carbon, nitrate and phosphorus. Therefore, the immobilized bacteria can rapidly degrade MCLR, and are not easily affected by the external environment, which can effectively treat MCLR in raw water.
