木屋圆木梁加工中心夹紧系统是加工中心的主要组成部分,其结构设计的合理性影响到整个木屋圆木梁的加工精度及加工效率,因此设计合理的夹紧系统非常有必要。本文在圆木梁加工工艺,加工形式的基础上,分析了夹紧系统的布局要求;根据木屋圆木梁加工中心的基本参数,确定了夹紧系统的布局方案及结构形式;最终对各机构进行结构设计,完成了机架与长度调整机构、顶针主轴机构总成、叉形升降机构总成、横向移动机构的结构设计,设计出了一套完整的木屋圆木梁加工中心夹紧系统。
Log house wooden beam processing center clamping system is the main component of the machining center, the structural design of the rationality of the entire wooden house log beam processing accuracy and processing efficiency, so a reasonable design of the clamping system is necessary. In this paper, based on the processing technology and processing form of the circular beam, the layout requirements of the clamping system are analyzed. According to the basic parameters of the circular beam beam processing center, the layout scheme and structure of the clamping system are determined. Finally, The structure design of the machine is completed, and the structural design of the frame and length adjustment mechanism, the thimble spindle mechanism assembly, the fork lift mechanism assembly and the transverse movement mechanism is completed, and a complete set of clamping system of the log core processing center is designed.
