针对大型轧钢机主传动设备工作负荷大、工况复杂及事故影响大等特点,提出了利用LabVIEW软件及相关硬件构建状态监测系统的方案。并分析了基于LabVIEW的系统功能,设计出了前面板控制程序,介绍了数据采集与数据处理功能,此系统能为操作人员与管理人员及时提供运行信息和预警信息,实现实时监测,提高了轧钢机运行的安全性和高效性。
In view of the large load, the complex working conditions and the big impact of accidents in the main transmission equipment of large rolling mill, a scheme of using the LabVIEW software and related hardware to build the condition monitoring system is proposed.
