人力资源是企业之基,是企业最核心的资源,人力资源的开发程度对企业在市场竞争中的重要影响不言而喻。在新时期,企业的竞争最根本的是人才的竞争、人力资源的竞争。所以,如何充分挖掘和发挥人力资源的最大潜力,是当下每一个企业的管理者最为关心的问题。而人力资源的培训则对人力资源潜能的挖掘和发挥起着重要作用。如何做好人力资源的培训以及培训的机制建设,发挥好培训机制在人力资源管理中的作用是企业管理者应该思考的重要问题。
