分析了某钢管厂正在运行的环形炉管坯出料小车的张紧装置,因张紧装置结构设计不合理,导致了环形炉管坯出料小车定位不准确,运行时间长,管坯温降大,以致穿孔机不易穿孔而造成轧废。通过对环形炉管坯出料小车张紧装置的改进,提高了管坯出料小车的定位精度,缩短了运行时间,减少了温降,穿孔机更易穿孔且避免了轧废。
The tensioning device of a torch billet discharging trolley running in a steel pipe factory is analyzed.
