本文用免疫组化技术（ＡＢＣ法）观察了大鼠海马内５－ＨＴ免疫阳性纤维及终末（以下简称５－ＨＴ纤维），发现其中含三种类型的５－ＨＴ纤维，即中等粗细的纤维、细纤维和膨体纤维，以后两种纤维在海马中常见；同时对海马中５－ＨＴ纤维在各亚区中的分布、走行作了详尽的描述。该研究结果为海马生物学行为的认识提供了较为可靠的形态学资料。
In this study, immunohistochemistry (ABC method) to observe the rat hippocampal 5-HT immunoreactive fibers and terminals (hereinafter referred to as 5-HT fibers), found that it contains three types of 5-HT fibers, that is, the medium thickness Fibers, fine fibers and expanded fibers, the latter two kinds of fibers are common in the hippocampus; at the same time, the 5-HT fibers in the hippocampus in each sub-region distribution, walk made a detailed description. The findings provide reliable morphological data for understanding the biological behavior of hippocampus.
