介绍了一种合成氨生产过程中变换装置的自动控制系统。采用了带有可变时间参数Smith补偿器的变比值控制算法和基于极值控制的调优算法,使变换出口变换气一氧化碳含量的控制精度和蒸汽的消耗指标都达到了很好的水平。特别针对变换装置的反应延迟随工艺条件而波动变化大的特点,研究了可以自动设置和校正纯滞后时间的可变参数Smith补偿器,有效地提高了控制能力和控制精度。本变换控制系统已在多个合成氨厂应用,具有良好的使用效果。
A kind of automatic control system of the converter in the ammonia production process is introduced. The variable ratio control algorithm with variable time parameter Smith compensator and the optimization algorithm based on extreme value control are adopted to achieve a good level of control precision and steam consumption index of the converter outlet gas. Especially for the response delay of the conversion device fluctuating greatly with the process conditions, a Smith parameter compensator with variable parameters that can automatically set and correct the pure lag time is studied, which effectively improves the control ability and control precision. The transformation control system has been applied in a number of ammonia plant, with good results.
