目的 :通过前瞻性研究方案探讨 PRK手术对压平眼压测量的影响。方法 :使用手持 PERKINS压平眼压计、超声角膜测厚仪及角膜曲率测量仪测量 PRK术前及术后 1月眼压、中央角膜厚度及角膜曲率。结果 :PRK术后压平眼压、中央角膜厚度及角膜曲率均较术前明显降低 ,眼压的变化与中央角膜厚度的变化直接相关 ,中央角膜厚度每减小 10μm,压平眼压测量值降低 1mm Hg,角膜曲率的变化对压平眼压测量值无明显影响。结论 :PRK术后眼压测量值的降低会给青光眼的诊断和治疗带来干扰因素 ,PRK术后应根据中央角膜厚度校正压平眼压测量值
Objective: To investigate the effect of PRK surgery on the applanation tonometry by prospective study. Methods: Intraocular pressure (IOP), central corneal thickness and corneal curvature were measured before and after PRK with hand-held PERKINS tonometer, ultrasonic corneal thickness gauge and corneal curvature measuring instrument. Results: The mean IOP, central corneal thickness and corneal curvature after PRK were significantly lower than those before operation. The changes of IOP were directly related to the change of central corneal thickness. For each decrease of central corneal thickness, the measured value of IOP Lowering 1 mm Hg, changes in corneal curvature had no significant effect on the applanation tonometry. CONCLUSIONS: The reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements after PRK may cause disturbances in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. PRK should be used to correct the applanation IOP according to the central corneal thickness
