简要介绍一种结构紧凑、高效的全固态 1 .5 7μm人眼安全OPO激光器 ,采用准连续激光二极管 (QCW )泵浦的Nd∶YAG激光器作泵浦源 ,OPO为内腔单谐振方式 ,1 .5 7μmOPO输出能量 1 5mJ/pulse ,脉宽~ 7ns ,重复频率 2 0Hz,电光效率 2 .6 %
A compact and efficient all-solid-state 1.57μm ophthalmic safety OPO laser is introduced. The pump laser is pumped by a quasi-continuous laser diode (QCW). The OPO is an intracavity single resonance mode. 1 .5 7μmOPO Output energy 1 5mJ / pulse, pulse width ~ 7ns, repetition frequency 20Hz, electro-optical efficiency 2.6%
