蜂窝夹芯板是一种已经广泛应用于航空航天领域的复合材料结构。目前针对蜂窝夹芯板的研究多简化为平面蜂窝板问题的研究,然而在实际使用中大多数蜂窝板都是曲面结构。建立了圆柱形曲面蜂窝板的蜂窝节点坐标方程,并计算出了一段圆柱形曲面蜂窝板的节点坐标,之后利用ANSYS的APDL语言编程建立了该曲面蜂窝板三维模型,并针对曲面蜂窝板的两种典型受力情况进行仿真,获得了在这两种受力情况下曲面蜂窝板的力学行为。同时,还通过仿真分析研究了曲面蜂窝板变形量与其承载能力之间的关系,得到了曲面蜂窝板整体承载能力与蜂窝是否损坏的关系。
Honeycomb sandwich panel is a composite structure that has been widely used in the field of aerospace. At present, the researches on honeycomb sandwich panel are mostly simplified to the study of planar honeycomb panel. However, most honeycomb panels are curved structures in practice. The coordinate equation of the honeycomb node of cylindrical honeycomb panel is established and the coordinates of the node of a cylindrical honeycomb panel are calculated. Then the three-dimensional model of honeycomb panel with APDL language is programmed by ANSYS programming language. The typical force situation is simulated, and the mechanical behavior of the curved honeycomb panel is obtained under these two kinds of forces. At the same time, through the simulation analysis, the relationship between the deformation of the honeycomb panel and the carrying capacity of the honeycomb panel is studied, and the relationship between the overall carrying capacity of the honeycomb panel and the honeycomb is obtained.
