自从1957年K Schwarz和C Foltz发现硒是生命的要素以来,人们开始认识到人体和生物体内因缺硒所引起的各类疾病。为有效方便地应用硒制剂,本实验研究了亚硒酸钠滴丸的制剂工艺。实验部分设备与材料亚硒酸钠(北京化工厂出品,批号711023);PEG10000(上海化学试剂厂出品,批号811110);液体石蜡(抚顺市制药厂生产,批号871103);医用凡士林(武汉石油化工厂生产);QYY-111-84型崩解仪(北京医疗设备四厂生产);电子天平AEL-60型(日本产)。滴丸的制备制备工艺探讨以液体石蜡为冷却剂,基质按配制比例加药混合熔融后滴制,按表1的各项进行比较以确定PEG类型。
Since K Schwarz and C Foltz discovered that selenium was a vital element in 1957, people have come to realize the various diseases caused by selenium deficiency in humans and organisms. In order to effectively and conveniently apply selenium preparation, the preparation process of sodium selenite dropping pills was studied in this experiment. Experimental part of the equipment and materials of sodium selenite (Beijing Chemical Plant produced, batch number 711023); PEG10000 (Shanghai Chemical Reagent Factory produced, batch number 811110); liquid paraffin (Fushun Pharmaceutical Factory production, batch number 871103); medical Vaseline (Wuhan Petrochemical Plant production); QYY-111-84 disintegration instrument (Beijing Medical Equipment Factory production); electronic balance AEL-60 type (Japan). Preparation of dropping pills to explore the process of liquid paraffin as a coolant, according to the preparation of the base mixture ratio mixing dosing drops, according to Table 1 were compared to determine the type of PEG.
