高校学风是大学精神的重要组成,是高校社会影响力的重要标志。涵盖学习目的动机、学习精神、学习态度、学习方法、学习纪律等五大核心层面,目前广泛运用的建设基本类型有活动引导、教学互动、赏罚激励。鉴于从众趋向和群体意识、模仿和替代强化可对学风建设产生心理机制影响,而大学生的自我发展因素又可能产生相反的问题性影响;心理健康教育可通过促进学生优良品德的形成、强化学生的智力活动、提高学生的身体素质,开创高校学风建设的新局面。
The style of study in colleges and universities is an important component of the university spirit and an important symbol of the social influence of colleges and universities.
