为避免因SMA配合比设计过程中体积参数指标取用不当而导致的材料性能下降,结合杭州湾跨海大桥沥青混凝土桥面SMA铺装工程,对采用马歇尔方法设计的SMA-16的体积参数、技术性能进行试验研究和分析论证。结果表明:试件的成型条件对VMA等体积参数有显著影响,现行方法中规定的VMA界限值不尽合理,往往将技术性能优良的配合比排除在外。SMA配合比设计应该以性能指标为判据,体积参数为参考指标。
In order to avoid the material performance decline due to improper use of the volumetric parameter index in the design of SMA mix design, combined with the SMA pavement construction of asphalt concrete bridge deck of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, the volume parameters of SMA-16 designed by Marshall method, Technical performance test research and analysis. The results show that the forming conditions of the specimens have significant influence on the volumetric parameters such as the VMA. The VMA limits specified in the current methods are not reasonable, and the proportion of excellent technical performance is often excluded. SMA mix design should be based on performance indicators, volume parameters as a reference index.
