低温冷害是危害我省农业生产的主要灾害之一。其发生频率高,危害时间长、范围广,减产幅度大。但只要把抗御低温冷害的水利和农业措施有机地结合起来,就可以大大降低低温冷害造成的影响,较大程度地发挥我省自然资源潜力,产生可观的经济效益。随着近年来科学技术的迅猛发展,我省农民和广大科技工作者积累了很多有效的抗御农作物低温冷害的水利和农业技术措施,尤其在水田的种植技术和水管理方面,抗御低温冷害效益显著,且已在我省大部分地区得到推广和应用。
