目的 观察重组生长激素(rhGH)在胃癌根治术中的作用。方法 20例胃癌根治术病人中使用金磊生长素加低热量肠外营养(rhGH组),并与仅用TPN(TPN组)治疗的同类病人20例对照研究,探讨两组病人术前术后营养状况及精神状态等方面的变化。结果 rhGH组总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、IgG比术前明显提高(P<0.05),精神状态明显好于TPN组。结论rhGH加低热量肠外营养可作为胃癌根治术后病人较为合理的营养支持治疗。
Objective To observe the role of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in radical surgery of gastric cancer. Methods 20 patients with radical resection of gastric cancer using ghrelin and low-calorie parenteral nutrition (rhGH group), and only with TPN (TPN group) treatment of 20 patients with similar control study, two groups of patients before and after surgery nutrition Status and mental status and other changes. Results The total protein, albumin, prealbumin and IgG in rhGH group were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05), and their mental status was significantly better than that of TPN group. Conclusion rhGH plus low-calorie parenteral nutrition can be used as a more reasonable nutritional support for patients with gastric cancer after radical operation.
