众所周知,了解学情是做合格老师的第一步,要做一名优秀的好老师,就必须充分认识自己学生的学习状况、思想状况和家庭状况。我任教的班级中大部分学生来自农村。很多家长长期在外打工,亦或是早出晚归整天见不上孩子。在这种疏于管教的情况下,许多孩子的学习开始走下坡路,逐渐成了班里的“学困生”。面对这种情况,笔者认为只有综合学困生的各项状况和表现,才能给学生一个准确全面的评价定位,才能结合学困生学情“量身定做”切实有效的教育模式,真正做到因材施教。 As we all know, learning about learning is the first step to being a qualified teacher.
