众所周知,了解学情是做合格老师的第一步,要做一名优秀的好老师,就必须充分认识自己学生的学习状况、思想状况和家庭状况。我任教的班级中大部分学生来自农村。很多家长长期在外打工,亦或是早出晚归整天见不上孩子。在这种疏于管教的情况下,许多孩子的学习开始走下坡路,逐渐成了班里的“学困生”。面对这种情况,笔者认为只有综合学困生的各项状况和表现,才能给学生一个准确全面的评价定位,才能结合学困生学情“量身定做”切实有效的教育模式,真正做到因材施教。
As we all know, learning about learning is the first step to being a qualified teacher. To be a good and good teacher, you must fully understand your student’s learning status, ideological status, and family status. Most of the students I teach in class come from rural areas. Many parents work outside the home for a long period of time or they may not see their children all day long. In this situation of neglect of discipline, many children’s studies began to decline, and they gradually became a “learning student” in the class. Faced with this situation, the author believes that only by comprehensively studying the conditions and performances of poor students, can students be given an accurate and comprehensive evaluation position, so that they can combine the “students’ learning” with “tailor-made” and practical and effective modes of education. Truly teach students according to their aptitude.
